MEET THE FOUNDER

wendy myddleton

I started my career in agency recruitment over 25 years ago, building a strong network and delivering results across engineering and construction.

Ten years ago, I moved in-house, recruiting for Laing O’Rourke and most recently McGee, where I gained my deep understanding of the self delivery model.

Having both agency and in-house experience has given me a much broader perspective. Working in-house, you feel the impact of every hire long after day one. The right hire drives momentum and performance. The wrong one costs time, money, energy and can even start to erode your culture. I’ve lived and breathed it. I understand what’s at stake.

With this in mind, Zinc Ten was launched, built on the principles of consulting, networking, relationships and direct approach - bridging the gap between a transactional volume agency and full blown corporate executive search with a more agile and streamlined retained search solution.

My expertise lies in building relationships, defining a bespoke brief and getting under the skin of your business to credibly articulate and bring to life your unique proposition - engaging the right candidate.
