Accountable for leading the bid, drawing on the expertise of the wider preconstruction team to ensure all outputs are delivered on time.

By developing a thorough understanding of the client’s priorities, alongside the scheme’s risks, constraints and opportunities, you will drive the development of a winning methodology, technical solution and programme to match— clearly articulating the differentiators and added value.

You may already be in Preconstruction, or be a site based Project Manager or Project Engineer looking to refocus your expertise in work winning.

You will enjoy this role if you enjoy technical complexity and schemes that stretch your thinking and you enjoy working as a principal contractor.

You don’t need experience in all the activities in the sector description
