A well-established, privately owned, London-based super-prime residential construction business, delivering technically complex, high-end projects for private clients in collaboration with leading architects, designers and specialist trades.
With multiple divisions, a strong order book and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering an exciting new phase of expansion and is looking for a commercially minded finance professional to help shape its future.
Working closely with the current Finance Director, owners and leadership team, you'll increase your exposure to strategic decision-making, commercial operations and business growth initiatives as you develop towards a future Finance Director position.

Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will play a key role supporting strategic decision making, project profitability and business performance by providing meaningful financial insight, helping to improve processes and strengthen controls.
As your experience, knowledge and understanding of the business develops, the expectation is that you will take increasing ownership of the function.
