Location: Site Based in Central London
Sectors
: Complex Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Substructure, Superstructure

Site-based and working with the project teams, you will operate at the heart of delivery while retaining the ability to step back and provide independent, robust challenge and assurance.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and interrogating programmes to ensure they are realistic, fully integrated, logically sequenced, and performance-driven. All programmes must be clearly rooted in construction logic, with robust links, defined critical paths, and transparent assumptions that stand up to scrutiny.

You will enhance the consistency and credibility of reporting, giving all stakeholders confidence in the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of project information.

Through active monitoring of progress, you will identify root causes of time, scope, or cost deviation and provide evidence-based insight to challenge assumptions before issues escalate. By applying early warning principles and rigorous analysis, you will help reduce late-stage shocks and protect project outcomes.

This contractor operates a self-delivery model through its own people, plant, and materials, meaning this role significantly drives and influences productivity, cost control, and programme certainty.
