For this contractor, the Project Engineer, is the lead technical representative on a project, with a primary focus on providing design and technical support, ensuring safety by design and implementation, and leading the delivery of a high-quality product.

You will support the Project Manager in all aspects of day-to-day project management, including programme coordination, resource management, and commercial matters. You should be capable of standing in for the Project Manager in their absence.

You will assess the competencies of the engineering team and ensure that all engineers are fully briefed on their roles, responsibilities, and project-specific requirements and deliverables.

You should be conversant in a range of construction methodologies, logistics planning, and temporary works.
