Accountable for the delivery of a single project for a Principal Contractor from inception to completion. Leading the team, you will develop and deliver the optimum methodology, in accordance with the plan, maintaining a strong focus on risk, opportunity and operational effectiveness.

You will own the plan, cost control and forecasting, driving commercial results, while upholding high standards of safety, quality and client delivery.

Projects range in value from £5million to £80million
