Working in partnership with the Project Manager, you will take full commercial and contractual responsibility for a project, acting as the commerical conscience, maximising profit and challenging the efficiency of the in-house delivery model.

Either working with JCT, NEC or Bespoke contracts, experience with self-delivery is preferred but not essential.

Each project is made up of a number of different in house activities under one profit centre which will give you fantastic exposure to a broad range of construction methods.

It’s not essential that you have previous experience working in all the sectors listed.
