Role
Working in partnership with the Project Manager, you will take full commercial and contractual responsibility for a portfolio of projects at Heathrow airport, acting as the commerical conscience, maximising profit and challenging the efficiency of the in-house delivery model.

Work includes major structural demolition and heavy civils infrastructure work across 2 terminals. The scope and pipeline of work at the airport is growing fast for this contractor, so not only will you drive commercial performance in secured projects you will also have the opportunity to be instrumental in shaping the future pipeline of work at Heathrow.

• NEC experience is essential

• Self delivery experience is desirable
